Exposure risks?

Hello,
I'm going through some serious mental anguish worrying about my chances for exposure for an escort encounter I had a week ago. I did NOT have intercourse but DID receive unprotected oral. I originally noticed a bruise on my penis that was likely from teeth during this encounter. That bruise has already begun to subside for the most part but I am left with a lingering fear of STD/HIV contraction and it's making me absolutely miserable.

What are the chances of my risk of having been infected from this type of exposure?

I was able to email the establishment I went to and the lady that runs it swears to me that they test for STDs and for Drug Use and have a zero tolerance policy on all of that, which should put my mind somewhat at ease but I still have intermittent panics thinking about the danger. How concerned should I be?

I plan to get tested but how long should I wait to do this. I am further wracked with guilt as I am married and confessing this would likely end my marriage but I cannot take a chance that I'd be infecting my wife. We mostly have oral...is it safe to stick with that? The idea of infecting her or of what this could do to our future is unthinkable,

Please help, there is no one I can share my fears with.

Thanks for your responses, they help to put my mind at ease, if that's even possible. I plan to get a screening from my doctor for these STDs to put my mind at rest hopefully.

very low risk. you were exposed to gonnorhea, chlamydia, syphilis, herpes and NGU, but if you see no symptoms in a few weeks I would not worry too much, Oral poses a very small risk from receiving and STD.
