You can go on suppressive therapy if you outbreak a lot and it's starting to give you problems with your life. Also remember, condoms just reduce the risk but you can still catch herpes even if you use a condom. Same goes with HPV.

HPV and chlamydia are extremely common! I have both had chlamydia AND HPV just from being with one person! But chlamydia and herpes are not related to HPV whatsoever. The 3 are completely different circumstances. HPV usually goes away within 1 to 2 years. You just have to get pap smears every 6 months to make sure it hasn't led to cervical cancer. Eventually with time you will get clear pap smear results. Take lots of vitamin A and other vitamins as well as lots of sleep. Chlamydia is soo easy to treat, it usually is just one dose of medicine! Herpes I know you will have for life but there are ways to prevent outbreaks. Just be healthy, take lots of vitamins, water, sleep, anything that will boost your immune system. And don't worry yourself, it happens and you're not alone. I think both you and me have learned our lessons and to use condoms from now on. And just remember it could be worse! I hope I helped you with your worries. :)
