penis problem,and testes-skin

im a 20yo male and 6 dayz ago i had unprotected vaginal sex.  around the 4-5th day my penis was itchy. now its really red and so are my balls, there are bumps on both. also is somewhat swollen around my skin where i was circumsized, as it is swollen spreading shows skin is glossy.. and a few times today i had a short sharp pain never in the same spot..this really sounds like herpes..god if it is im gonna become whatever it takes to develope a cure!!! ive noticed that taking hot showers will prolly make it worse, as i think ive done..cold ones for now on till i get to the doc! can i go to the emergency room with this? since my doc wont see me for a few weeks..but this is urgent..can i go to a clinic like- Planned Parenthood? will they be able to diagnose or provide prescription(s)?? what if any information can you help me with?

Hi

We don't know what it is, only a physican can tell you what it is.   I see that your willing to go to the E.R and drop alot of money there for no good reason.   STD matters should not be done at the E.R.

STD matters should not be done at the E.R. Instead go to a clinic that deals with these issues.  (I said that twice on purpose)

Clinics do take walk ins, and if your willing to pay cash you can be seen today (I am assuming you live in the US near a major city).
Start googling clinics near your area and start making phone calls.  They can answer all your questions.
