psoriasis on penis????

a bit of a long story but a few weeks ago my doctor put me on citalopram again due to stress.  i was taking 20mgs a day for 9 days then stoped due to the side effects i have while taking them

1.unable to ejaculate when having sex with my wife
2.dry mouth i think the term is cotton mouth also the feeling of tight buring lips but the lips look fine
3.unable to sleep and bad nightmares plus much more

on the 9th day i stoped taking citalpram after the night before i had enuff of not being able to ejaculate with my wife after trying twice as hard. but the next morning i noticed 2 red bloctchs on the end of my penis no pain and it doesnt look like anying scary not raised just a coulor change and has been like this for a week!  but i havnt cheated on my wife to catch anything!

after looking around i read about psoriasis and saw this pic tho mine isnt this bad and doesnt look dry flakey it is the same just i only have 2 small blotch marks

but this does look much like what i have and also on the lips mouth psoriasis can cause burning feeling like what i have so has anyone else had this problem does it go away by itself??? or could i have somthing else like from the friction caused from trying to ejaculate twice as hard

i dont want to vist my doctor again as he will just tell me to keep taking these citalopram tablets infact i'm planing on changing my doc...

odds are the rash on your penis was due to trying excessively to ejaculate.  no reason at this point to think psoriasis or anything else.  I also wouldn't think std as a cause either from what you've described.
