I have had warts genitle for 7 years my wife has hpv I recently had a physically my urine test came up with no bacteria my testicle hurts when I touch it could this be eypemditis?

not always. many non-std related bacteria and viruses that can cause issues.

Would the bacteria in the urine  be an indication of a std

you would need to be seen and get this properly looked at. Since you are married, you have to be concerned about not only non-std infections but also hernias too which is why a proper exam is in order.
