5 weeks ago i dry humped a female and my jeans had a small hole near my testicles.i later on fingered her and a while after that she gave me a handjob. A week after the "exposure" i had sex with my girlfriend with a condom on a couple days later.a week later i started having cold sweats,muscle aches and body tingling.she has developed similar symptoms and we have had very little sleep since we just had twins and been very stressed out. She was diagnosed with herpes a while back and i never had an outbreak.i read online that you can catch hiv easier if you have herpes.i discussed my situation sith several health providers and they all told me i had zero/super low risk.do to me not having any intercourse with the female and she bled on my finger after i fingered her and i had no visible cuts.my concern is the small hole in my jeans and my penis slipping out and touching her panties/vagina.even we were both wearing clothes when dry humping,im scared can anyone help me out???me and my girlfriend both tested for stds and hiv combo antigens/antibodies test at 28 days after exposure and both test came negative. I have lost like ten pounds but have been stressing badly and haven't gained much back.
