vdrl testing

i was on erythromycin antibiotic when i took the vdrl test.which was negative. Could the antibiotic have given a false negative?

i don't believe it would but talk to Dr to be sure

oh i took the test after 3 months post exposure. And i was on antibiotic for throat infection. Also the doc gave me an antibiotic injection 2.4 ml.dont know which antibiotic though.
