information regarding std

I had a brief but protected insertive vaginal sex with a CSW in india.I am UNCIRCUMCISED male and the condom was put on to my penis while it was still FLACCID.I DIDNT engage in any oral sex(either giving and receiving),but in the process i kissed her cheeks and kissed her breast for a brief moment(say for 10-20 seconds). However after ejaculation i noticed that my penis  head was very much covered by the condom and semen was collected inside it,but a substantial part of my penile shaft was NOT. It had been 20 days since the incident and i DID NOT notice any painful burning sensation/discharge during urination or red bumps or anything that resembled any open sores, blisters or warts in my body
My Questions
1.Can i safely assume i didn't contract gonorrhea,chlamydia, HSV, HPV, Syphilis?
2.Did i miss any STI that i need to be concerned off?
3.How long does the symptom take to appear for the STI i mentioned in Q1 and the STI i missed in Q2?
4.Should i get tested for this single exposure?

You can rule things out with a test, but low risk means probably not going to get it.
Gonorrhea and chlamydia-no risk

protected genital sex is a small risk for syphilis, herpes and hpv.  you can test for syphilis after 6 weeks post encounter. herpes after 3 months. we don't have commercially available tests for hpv to cover that base.
