syphilis, herpes and hpv are the main risks from having protected sexual contact.  the overall risk of them is very low.

saliva isn't a good way to transmit std's. even if someone does have an oral std, the odds that it would be transmitted through kissing is incredibly low. You can contract hsv1 orally from kissing but we don't consider oral hsv1 a std since it's transmitted most commonly without intimate sexual contact.

you can test for syphilis after 6 weeks post encounter. herpes after 3 months. we don't have commercially available tests for hpv in males.

bottom line is - we recommend protected sexual contact because it works. The only contact that is pretty much risk free is protected oral sex is not a std risk and masturbation . Any other contact is a potential risk though protected sex is low risk overall.

Thanks for answer.

I read few web pages before you answered me. I have few confusions from your answers:

Q:1)  what are possible STD if someone use condom while having sex with sex worker? Like, condom/dental dam  while vaginal sex and oral sex.
Ans:1:  Very low risk, nothing to be concerned about
-- I have read somewhere that condom for vaginal and oral sex are zero risk for HIV and STD. Can you please tell me what is risk so I can better care myself

Q:2) What are possible STD by kissing
Ans:2) No risk at all
-- I have read somewhere that STD are genitals and oral. No HIV by kissing but STD can occur by kissing. Can kissing cause any oral STD? Please tell me more about it because it is very common act so I can protect myself.

Q:3) What is maximum time to ensure there is no STD at all. I mean if there are no symptoms or problem in a duration to make sure no STD ?
Ans:3) There is no max time, only way yo know 100% is to test
-- I have also read somewhere that there are few types of STD and each has symptoms in specific time like 2-3 weeks. Is there any STD which do not have symptoms? or it can occur even after few months?

Thanks for answer but I need more help.
