Occasional tingling sensation/feeling at tip of penis, should I be worried?

Hello,

A week ago I had unprotected sex and in the last couple days, I have noticed a weird tingling feeling at the tip of my penis. To be honest, it's only when I think about it, and it goes completely unnoticed when i'm preoccupied with something else. I don't have any discharge or redness, no bumps, no burning or stinging when I pee, just the weird tingling feeling. To be honest, it feels like I can just 'feel' the tip of my penis, if that makes sense. I think I'm freaking my self out, but I'm just curious if anyone has experienced something similar? And should I be worried?

Conversely, I also caught a cold right after, however, I will say that it was a very late and cold night and I was not wearing a jacket, and had just gotten over a small cold the week before, so I'm pretty sure I would've gotten sick whether I had sex or not that night. Just thought I'd mention it just in case it may add value in anyway.

I will also say that I tend to freak myself out when I over think something health related, and sometimes unintentionally make myself believe that I am having symptoms related to a certain condition. I looked up symptoms of STDs/STIs BEFORE I started feeling the tingling sensation, so maybe it's all in my head?

It has only been a week, so should I look out for other signs in the coming days?

Thank you for your help!

Hi with infections like Gono and Chlamydia there would be a white puss discharge and burning while urinating toward the middle of your urethra, what your describing would appear that your causing it youself by constant pulling on the tip looking for something causing an injury.
