Do I have any std like chlamydia or gonorrhea?

Hi, I'm a 21 year old.
I had protected sex with a sex worker 7 days ago. It only lasted for a short time, no oral sex or kissing involved.
However from the very next day I had a sore throat and then I felt mild fever and in the evening my urine had a light brown colour. The cold and fever at first I thought were because of the direct exposure to really cold a/c in the train in which I returned home. The urine problems were visible only for a couple of times and from next day urine was normal white as I drink a lot of water.
But when I came to know that same symptoms could be related to an std I got worried.
At that time I went throught similar forums and learnt that no stds show any symptoms before 24 hours. Thus I didn't worry about it anymore. But even after a week I don't feel healthy as I was before.
I had consulted my general physician and she confirmed that I had a throat infection and gave me Azithral-500.
Now I still sometimes feel that mild fever and my throat is okay. I don't feel any particular pain while urinating but I do think my ejaculations look a little different with less semen.
Do I have to get tested for gonorrhoea, chlamydia or any other stds? Is there any chance my throat infection is related to oral gonorrhoea? Or is this all a result of my genitally focussed anxiety as that encounter was my first one.
Please help!!

Honestly , it sounds alot like anxiety , you stated that you used protection so there is a much less chance of the STD. If you are that nervous about the situation i would suggest going to the doctor and just getting tested to relax your mind. You do not have to tell them that you had intercourse with a sex worker ( i would it recommend doing it again, there are plenty of people in this world, you don't need to pay for sex)
