6 months of urethral problem

Hello all. I'm 30 years old. The reason why I'm sharing my problem is because doctors have seemed to given up on me.
In june, I had unprotected oral sex (lasted about 10 seconds) with a woman that was a friend. About a few days later, my penis hole closed up (wouldn't open), when I began to urinate, I would have to jump up so the hole would open, and it burned when i urinated. The inside of the meatus (left and right slits) were red, and they still are. I went to my doc and he got a urine analysis and it was negative of chlamydia and gonnorhea, so he said it was non gonococcal urethritis (NGU) and gave me 14 days of minocycline twice a day. The hole opened up and the burning basically stopped, but my urethra was still inflamed and red. A week later, my right testicle started to hurt so much. Went back to him, he didn't know what was wrong with me so referred me to a urologist. After i got my appointment for my urologist, she took a look and checked my prostate as well. my prostate to her seemed a bit "larger" for a young guy like myself, and "tender" as well. It kind of hurted when she checked it. She said my testicle pain was referred pain from my prostate and i must have gotten a prostate infection (prostatitis) so she put my on ciprofloxacin and said my urethra would be back to normal and my testicle would get better too. After 4 weeks of cipro, she asked if i was 50% better and i said yes i was, but my urethra was still hurting and red and my testicle still hurted (not as much as before). She gave me 2 weeks of ibuprofen (1600mg per day). Every time i take it, it seems like it gets better, but masturbation makes my urethra red and swollen. It hurts and burns still. I wnet back to her in my followup and she said she wanted a 2nd opinion before she gave me more cipro or any other antibiotic, and a few weeks later, i met a 2nd urologist. He said that I've already taken enough antibiotics and he wasn't going to give me any more. He wanted to take a look inside my urethra with a light camera, i forgot what procedure it's called. Now, I'm out of luck. I'm worried because i don't know exactly whats going on. Now, every time i masturbate (which is every 3-4 days), my urethra gets red and inflamed. It hurts and burns. Other days, it gets better, but with any masturbation, the urethra gets inflamed again. i've even tried not masturbating for 10 days. still no difference. i have to end up taking ibuprofen to bring it back to somewhat normal but it gets red again after a few days again. Right testicle pain is a bit better, but it's still there. can anyone help me please? sorry for the long post

Thanks so much for your reply. Yea thats what i was thinking as well. It seems to go back to normal if i dont masturbate, but as soon as i do, we're back to square 1. I did forget to mention that i got a few rough (with no lubed) handjobs when it began as well. This probably was what had set it off. How many days do you think i should lay off the masturbation? Hi, well first of all i would hold off masturbating untill this clears up and also the urethra is supposed to be red.
Ive read about this constant irritation before  and what was being discussed is the possiblilty of nerve damage inside the urethra from an infection and would take some time to get things back to normal.
