8 month long conundrum

I have been having some vague ..non specific symptoms since dec/jan...started with persistent genital irritation/burning(I am m, 32) and then further developed varied symptoms - like ibs- bloating/fogginess and sporadic body ache/muscle ache.

Suddenly last month, have had palpable swollen nodes near neck/jaw and even underarms(not sure...but seems like)...have been having sporadic skin rashes/red bumps- doctors cnf it was folliculitis. the lymph nodes and my face has been hurting even more last 1 week...it feels sore..

Eveery doctor I have met -from urologists to derms to general physicians havent found anything specifically wrong in me...I did go thru a long dosage of antibiotics -doxy and cipro for about 4-5 weeks in Jan...urologists felt it was prostatitis though the tests didnt show bacteria.

my CBC has been okay too...overall doctors do not suspect anything - but not sure why i have been having so many varied symptoms. Have been having a fear of STD, though havenot been sexually active as such, and my only recent activity has been mutual masturbation(hand-genital) - which all the doctors felt was v low risk.

With the recent persistent swollen nodes and malaise/quite tired/body ache/uneasiness, been wondering could it have been any STD at all? What are the chances...what else can it be?herpes/syphilis?I wonder with so many sexually active people, if they go through this mess, when I am not even one.

Will a CBC reveal or indicate any infection? And eve if i have had wont my antibiotic dosage taken care of most unless it was a viral?!

Pls help!!
