A bit worried after Unprotected oral sex from female stranger

Hey Doc, my name is Matt, I am 22yrs old.

A morning after receiving unprotected Oral sex from a female stranger, I squeezed out what seemed to be  a very VERY small amount of thick\solid white discharge. I did not know if it was precum or not, but after I did this I realized a discomfort that grew a little stronger over night, located on the left side of my Urethra tube in the head of my penis started to feel irritated, like a slight tingling and subtle painless burning sensation or nerve feeling "pulled or tugged a little". It does not burn when I urinate, nor have I experienced anymore of what could have been discharge, no bumps, rashes, testicular pain, or soreness in body, no vomiting. Day 2 I have been drinking lots of water and Cranberry juice, and have an urge to urinate more then normal. I have been experiencing some fatigue and diarrhia, and like I need to get some rest. No severe pain or discomfort, just a guilty conscious due to being married and also like my penis is upset with me or sick... What do I have? What should I do? Also I didn't ejaculate in her mouth, and never have I ejaculated a large load of semen like that one encounter. Does any of this sound like the symptoms of a STD, UTI, or NGU? Thanks in advance!

I was treated just in case w/2 500mg Zithro as 1g dose. But I didn't take them as one dose together. Instead I took one, and then a hour later I took the other.

Will it still be as effective as taking them together?

lol no, I am asking if it will work after taking 1 then a hour later taking the other, instead of both at same time. Should I go get 2 more and take them at the same time as a 1g dose just to be safe?

You would have to double check with your doctor. We cant recommend dosages here.

If you had a needle in your butt then yes could be a bruise affect.

Also I took 2 500mg/1g dose of Zithro/White pill and a Gono shot. About 45 minutes after I vomited the Zithro up, and had to go get another 1g dose that I took as 2 pills about a hour apart after eating CN soup. My question is by taking it a hour apart, is it still a 1g dose? Will it still work or should I go get another 1g dose?(Although I am feeling better, swelling on tip is down, mild tingle, no discharge)

Now, ever since I got the Gono numbing shot I have been getting wierd little foot/leg spasms that feel like it felt in my buttocks after shot. Side effect?
