Constant upset gurgling stomach, acid reflux from chlamydia?

This isn't a question about whether or not I have chlamydia because I can guarantee I have been infected once again. I don't get the discharge due to a narrow urethra due to scar tissue from previous chlamydia infections years ago and chronic prostatitis.

This is my 5th time with chlamydia. I am only 33 years old but very sexually active in the PUA community. I want to clarify that each time I have been infected with chlamydia, I stopped being sexually active so as not to spread it to others. I also want to make clear that each time I have been infected has been spaced out across years and that I was 100% cured each time.

I have a sex friend that gave me unprotected oral about a year ago and she had chlamydia in her throat which was undetected due to having a urine test not an oral swab test to prove to me that she wasn't infected, but ironically she was and she infected me.

We kept in contact and have since then been having protected oral sex. But she kept insisting that she wasn't infected and I began to believe her and she gave me unprotected oral 3 nights ago.

I have been clean 100% since after being cured of chlamydia via minocycline and have had no problems with my stomach, but as soon as I let her give me unprotected oral, I started feeling the same stomach issued I did last year after she gave me unprotected oral. This is how I know that she is without a doubt infected, but she just cries or gets angry, defensive when I try to explain that she is infected even if her urine test came up negative. The situation is just frustrating and I have cut off all sex with her because of it.

My question is if anyone else on here ever has the same constant upset gurgling stomach symptoms I do when they have chlamydia? Why are these symptoms not listed in the symptoms of chlamydia? Are these not common symptoms? All 5 times I was infected, I felt these terrible symptoms.

A gurgling stomach isn't a common - or known- symptom of chlamydia, but chlamydia is preventable with condoms. If you think you are infected, get tested.

As the OP has demonstrated, repeated infections can cause long term harm and pain.
