Advice please.

On 29th December I was diagnosed with possibly having NSU after I had unprotected oral sex. The Dr took a slide from my penis and said that there were a collection of white cells which could indicate infection. I was given a single dose of Azythromycin at the clinic which i took and digested and had no alcohol etc. At the time I also had a chest infection and the following day my GP gave me a weeks worth of Erythromycin at 250 4 times per day.
I took these and the symptoms seemed to have had gone but over the last week or so I have noticed a minute amount of clear pre cum type liquid and my penis head feels a bit stickier. I have been examining myself regularly. Is it normal to have liquid inside the Uretha?
I have not had sex with anyone since taking the meds. Is there anyway they could not have worked?
The doc said the Azythromicyn would clear the NSU.
Or Am I being paranoid??
My test results came back negative for Chylamidea, Gonnoreah, Syphilis, Hepatitis, HIV.
Please advise.

I attended the GUM and the doctor examined me and took a swab from my urethra which she went and examined and said there was no sign of infection/bacteria etc. I am still getting slight 'precum' type liquid every now and then from my urethra and can occasionally feel me penis tip sticking to my underwear. Also the female I had the sexual encounter with was checked and was negative. Is there anyway I could still have an STD. If not what could it be?

Like I said it should but if you are concerned then have that follow up test done.

The medication was a single dose of arythrocimyn on 29th dec and the erythromycin was finished on 5th January. Not sure if I'm being paranoid or not. I would of thought the medication would of cleared the NSU?

The medication should take care of the NGU. If the liquid is not coming out then you should not have a concern right now. If you still feell something is wrong 1-2 weeks after medication is finished then follow up with your Dr.
