An STD?

Hello all. Alright, a little over a month ago I made the random mistake of letting a strange girl preform oral sex on me. I wasn't too concerned, but I didn't go near my girlfriend for about five days just in case I had anything and I didn't want to give it to her. After the sixth day of seeing no warts or rashes or anything, I let her preform oral sex on me. Two to three days after that she had a sore throat that lasted for about five days, then went away. I haven't been near her since for fear of something worst happening. Now since that moment I have been ultra paranoid and every single thing I feel, I link it to said incident. I have noticed no discharge, no fever or sickness or rashes of any kind. However, maybe three weeks ago I started getting shooting pains through my body, my joints ached and got muscle twitch in my right bicep. Face too sometimes. I know lymph nodes are located in certain parts of the body, but they don't feel swollen, and anyway, the pain that I feel, lymph nodes aren't located in that vicinity. It started in my arms, the part just underneath my elbow, never at the same time, one after another. Then it would just travel, I would feel it in my chest, underarms, forearms, hands, then my shins and my feet. Shins and feet mostly. The pains subsided two days ago, but now my left leg hurts from my foot all the way to my hip, and the inside of my leg where the groin area is hurts the most. I have slight testicular pain that just started last night. Am I worrying about this so much that my head is creating these symptoms? Does this sound like any STD that anyone has ever heard of? At first I thought horrifically that it was HIV, but I know saliva carries a miniscule risk at best, and I don't think I would be experiencing what I feel, no flu like symptoms, nothing. Just my brain playing tricks on me. Does this sound like an std? Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

Thank you very much for your insight Vance, I'm gonna get tested as soon as I can, it actually helped me a little, I haven't talked to anyone about this but my girl, and keeping it bottled up inside is killing me, so I needed the words of wisdom. Thank you very much.

If you had gotten gonorrhea it shows in 90% of men, but if you have given her oral gonorrhea just about all of the time there is no symptoms from time to time people have said a sore throat but sore throats happen from all kinds of things.

You can test if you want to ease your mind.

So my girls throat being sore for the five days could have been just that? A sore throat and nothing I did? It would crush me to hurt her in any way. Thanks Vance

Nothing you have said sounds like a STD. See a Dr for your health concerns.

I also had a small abrasion on my penis when the first girl preformed oral sex on me, not a bleeding cut or anything like that, just like a rugburn kind of thing a couple of days old if that matters.
