Anilingus risk(s)

Hello there -

I realized this has been asked a few times but my case might be somehow different. Approximately 12 hours ago I visited a massage parlor. She performed protected oral on me and for a brief moment I licked her anus (I'm male, she's female). There were no other sexual activities. I noticed afterwards that there is a small bump on the tip of my tongue, some sort of a sore that healed I assume.

I am now in panic mode, and hoping someone could help assess my risk with respect to STD's and HIV. If it helps, I'm in the US and have no STD history except HSV1.

Thanks for the quick response, I should have mentioned that the sore was there before (biting or probably drinking something hot, but had healed), would that change anything?

Hi, no std develops symptoms with in 12 hours or even in 24 hours and licking her anus would not be a cause for contracting  std,s as saliva contains enzimes that are a hostile enviornment for them. Oral sex is low risk but most oral sex would be considered on a penis or having your mouth and lips up close against a vagina.
