Antibiotic Interference with Chlamydia/Gonorrhea

Friday,I had unprotected oral sex.  2 days later, I had burning sensation during urination and I noticed some milky discharge from my penis.  I am married and panicked. So that evening, I took 1000 mg amoxicillin. The next day (Monday) I was tested for several STDs and showed positive for HSV-1 only (no chlamydia or gonorrhea).  2 days later I read that I may have been tested too early.  Since I couldn't wait around for ever before I had to have sex with my wife, On Thurday, I started taking doxycycline 100 mg 12 hours apart and amoxicillin 500 mg 3 times per day.  On Monday, I was tested again and everything was negative.  I never stopped taking the doxy and amoxy and I was planning on continuing to complete 7 days on these antibiotics.  Could these Antibiotics be responsible for a false negative chlamydia/gonorrhea result?  The only time that I showed symptoms was at 2,3 days after exposure.  Thanks in advance for your help.

Also, once I stop taking the antibiotics, how long would I have to wait before testing is valid?  Thanks again.

I didn't mention that on Saturday, (the day after the encounter and one day before symptoms) I did some masturbation on myself.  I understand that physical trauma may cause urethritis.  I am hoping this is the case for me.  How common is gonorrhea/chlamydia from recieving oral sex...(I didn't  ejaculate)?
