Anxiety is killing me

I am not able to calm down. I am a Married Expat living in KL, but I had Sex twice, 26th Jan and 24th March. Both were prostitutes. 26th from a club and 24th a massage center in Malaysia. Both times i was drunk. I got my HIV 1 & 2 Elisa Test on 3th April as Negative. In both cases I had used a Condom and to my very best of knowledge they were intact and not broken. 1. I have a small red color pimple / node like thing right in center of my Back. I had mild fever on 31st March. My ears, my neck and legs are all burning like a sun burn. I have a sowr throught. I had past trouble of kidney stone but two days back my penis was internally burning. I am full of anxiety. I have couple of bad stools since then. A lot and lot of study done on internet. 2. Some more facts. I only have protected vaginal sex. The 24th March incidence … the girl took my unprotected penis in her mouth for a while. I did some fingering. But I have this bad habit of biting nails and skin around it which some times bleed or are open and red in color. 3. What can go wrong with the Condom? I didn’t know the brand or manufacturing date of the condom. There was no slippage of condom at all and no breakage was noticed by me. 4. Can there be any other STD possible with the above events. How should I take all of these circumstances? I know all the facts. On one hand I have these symptoms and all of them at this point and on the other had all the logics of protected Sex and probabilities.
Most important Question : I am going to meet my wife by this month end. What should be my approch? how should i look at all the symptons?

protected sex is a risk for herpes, syphilis and hpv. none of your symptoms sound like any of them.

are you following up with your doctor for your symptoms?
