Do I have an STD?

I had intercourse with a sex worker. She gave me unprotected oral and then we used a condom for intercourse. She was really tight, to the point where it was painfully enough I couldn't climax. So I pulled it out and noticed that the condom had broken. I think it might have been from the initial insertion because she was still kinda dry.

After she left I took a shower and noticed my foreskin was red. It was about the size of quarter and was inflamed. It was soft to the touch and could stretch easy with no pain. However the next day it was back to normal and I was a bit sensitive in about 2mm x 5mm area along the under side of the head. I checked and noticed about 4 white pearly heads in that area. And I noticed a tingling in the tip of my penis. But not the whole head. Maybe just where the two sides of the head meets near the urethra. I get urges to urinate a lot. No burning sensation though. Whenever I finish urinating, my penis still feels like it needs to empty more. And I have a tingle or itch that calms briefly after pinching the head of my penis. Sometimes I feel a tingle or itch around my pubic area.

Day 4 after sex, I have a loss of appetite. I ate one meal and finished it. And then didn't have anything but an energy shot, cola, and coffee. And I was feeling tired. But I also had 4 hours of sleep the night before.

Itching has subsided a little bit on day 5.  Today I had a small snack of rice onigiri and could barely finish it.  Still no bumps or lesions. Urges to pee a lot. I've only been drinking water and Gatorade. And a vitamin drink

If I get more or different symptoms I will update.

As mentioned the most common std sympotms are a white puss discharge with painful burning while urinating. These are the symtpoms. Herpes would be a cluster of blisters that are painful about a week after exposure and flu like symptoms that appear a few day later.
I would advise to stop googling

I'm getting a lot of anxiety from looking up symptoms to match. Balanitis might be what I have?

Redness
Irritation/itch

Thanks for replying. Every time you say it's not an STD it makes me feel so much better. I can't get to a doctor right now since I'm out of the country and will see one when I get back.

I found two or three white bumps on under the head, on the foreskin. I am worried it might be herpes. Itching in the same area

There is also some redness on a nickel size area. Itching has been a lot less frequent. But if I touch the red area it could be described as itchy?

When I noticed the white head like pimples I popped one and some blood came out. Not sure if that is the reason for my itch? It is a little sore there. I've pulled back the skin and touched the area and felt a little pain or more sensitive there than the other regions under the head. I've also masturbated to check the condition of my sperm and could feel a slight pain when going over that area. No pain from ejaculating. Sperm looks ok. No blood.

Hi, std symptoms are white puss discharge and burning while urinating that occur about 5 days later. What your describing is more stress related.
