Naive but need to know

i had oral sex with a woman who it turns out had unprotected sex with an STD infected man 6 hours earlier. Obviously the woman had not yet developed antibodies to anything so am I at risk? The woman was 100% clean before her encounter with the infected man. Thanks for any response.
