Ok i had this one night stand with this girl we had unprotected sex for mabey 20 seconds now after masturbation i wait 20 minutes befor going pee i look in the tip of my penis and sometimes see an off white cream looking substance their im freaking out i have gonnorhea i have no burning during urination no symptoms but just that what do you think?

Like i was saying if its there after masturbating is most likely sperm. But if you worried go get tested. To sit around for the next 2 weeks checking and pulling and stretching and milking maybe irritating yourself. To put your mind at ease i say test as test is better than stress!!!

Hi and welcome. Unprotected sex is a risk. The problem with what you discribe is that the white/yellowish discharge would appear before you masturbate or pee as is in the urethrea in front of the other liquids and also you would have a burning during peeing or a constant itching in the middle of the urethrea. What your describing is backwards and could be either semen or a prostate or bladder infection.
If you have a life long partner then maybe get tested just to make sure. Most experts dont recomment testing unless you have symptoms from a one time affair.
