Are pimples inside the vagina a sign of std

I have been married for 25 years. I have had female health issues since I was 17(cysts)recently I have had a pimple or boil develop just inside my vaginal. When it ruptures it discharges a bloody puss. I don't have a gym at this time. It feels irritated and tender. Should I be concerned of std or could it be something else. If so What?

The only kind of discharge you should be concern about is white and smelly, which could indicate gonorrhea. What you have is not a STD signal I am sure. You may have to discuss this issue with a dermatologist.
