Are this symptoms hiv or something else?

I had sex with a prostitute on 31st November of last year but i used a condom, the following day i had diarrhea and felt extremely tired...one week two days  later i had this painful lump im my armpit which vanished and reappeared on my neck...the following day i had fever and some few days later the side on my neck which had the painful lump got a visible swollen node...the lump vanished and reappeared on the other side of my neck a few days later and that place also became swollen like a swollen lymph node but not visible and cannot be seen easily...a doctor examined my lumps and said they were furuncles and gave me drugs for the furuncles...after taking the drugs the lumps are gone but the furuncles are still there...i have some tiny spots on my back and arms but i don't know if it is rashes,i had night sweats for three days and it stopped...no headaches but some tiny red spots on my penis and a swollen node in my groin which i only feel by touching it....i had a test 4 weeks after exposure it was negative and another one 7 weeks and it was also negative...this is my 10th week and am waiting for the 12th week to get tested...yesterday i had an ulcer on my tongue which isn't there any more when i woke up this morning..so my question is could it be possible that am infected with hiv or it is something else like hep c or even syphilis?

It is painless, but you should be able to see it.

Hi you did not oral so the throat issue is not an std problem an std symptoms dont happen the next day. With protected sex is not a risk for HIV, or hep but if you genital area came into contact out side the condom would be a risk for syphilis but if no sores in that area from her or you, rule syphilis out as well. Only risk for outside contact with protected sex is herpes and if she did not have any sore then that risk would be very low as well.
