Asymptomatic gonorrhea?

Hello everybody. Please, I need some help with a question, could gonorrhea on my penis be asymptomatic? Could it have been so for the past 7 months? No discharge at all of any kind and no pain urinating ever.

I ask this because 7 months ago I received unprotected oral from another guy. A month after that, I had some symptoms of red rash on the glans and the doctor told me I had a yeast infection, which I treated, but now six months later, I still have the occasional tingling and itchy feeling on my penis. I don't know if it's the yeast still hanging there or it could be an asymptomatic gonorrhea? Please help!! Thanks a lot.

Thanks for your answer! Gives me a little more peace. One more thing, when I went to the doctor, and she gave me the diagnostic of a yeast infection, she also made me do a test to rule out what she called "urinary infections." The results on that were negative, but I forgot to ask her if that test also would also rule out gonorrhea. What could you tell me about that? This was the test (translating from Spanish):

BACTERIOLOGICAL STUDY
Test: Urine culture and Antibiogram
Germ: Negative
Colonies: Less than 1.000 colonies ufc/ml of urine

ANTIBIOGRAM
Sensitive: X
Resistant:  X

Would this rule out gonorrhea? Thanks for all the help!

Only way to know is by testing, low risk exposures coupled with 90+% of men get symptoms.
