Does Azithromycin / antibiotics affect STD test? --- (Chlamydia, Gonorrhea, Hepatitis B, Hepatitis C, Oral Herpes, Genital Herpes, HIV, Syphilis)

you need to wait at least 3 months after the encounter you are concerned about to test for hepatitis, hiv and herpes. antibiotics will not affect them at all.

you should wait and have the rest of your std testing done in another month to err on the side of caution.

I have been on Azithromycin (Z-pack) for 2 days and have a blood test schedule for Monday, so day 3 of a Z-pack?

Do you know if the antibiotics could mask or alter the test in a good/bad/neutral way?
