Balinitis?

I went for a massage 8 days ago and received a handjob and a few kisses. It was pretty vigorous. I got covered in oil and couldn't get it off. So I had 2 showers and 2 baths and scrubbed my genitals with washing up liquid and radox cause I thought it might get the oil out of my pubic hair. A couple of days later the very tip of my penis (at the end of the urethra) started itching and this has continued. My glans is red and sore on top and underneath and the area around my 'banjo string' is very red and moist. There is also a funny smell. I worry I may have developed an infection or balinitis. Even worse, I've read that Balinitis can precede an outbreak of HSV2. I can't see any spots, lumps or lesions. Any suggestions/advice would be greatly appreciated.

continued...balanitis is just an inflamed penis head and could be caused by irritation from the handjob or fungal. But most fungal in that area are often caused by oral sex.

Hi, masturbation from the hand is no risk for any std. Maybe just an irritation for the vigorous handjob. The back and forth motion could have injured the tip and also constant checking could cause more irritation.
