I went for a massage 8 days ago and received a handjob and a few kisses. It was pretty vigorous. I got covered in oil and couldn't get it off. continued...balanitis is just an inflamed penis head and could be caused by irritation from the handjob or fungal. But most fungal in that area are often caused by oral sex.

Hi, masturbation from the hand is no risk for any std. Maybe just an irritation for the vigorous handjob. The back and forth motion could have injured the tip and also constant checking could cause more irritation.
