Blood Blister on Penis?

This morning, in the shower, I found a blood 'blister' on my penis. I got kinda freaked out and thought maybe it was a large pimple, but only blood came out. Besides slightly tender skin before I popped it, it doesn't hurt at all. I'm kinda freaking out.

I browsed when other people asked questions, and it seems like it may be a result of friction/impact and it will go away naturally. But I want to make sure. I don't have medical insurance...

I posted pictures, but they are 'graphic.' Any help would be greatly appreciated.
