Bloody urine/testicle pain

I was sexually assaulted by a guy I went on a date with that disclosed his status as positive. He assaulted me and humped me Aggressively, I was fully clothed but I could feel his feel penis pushing up against me and I couldn’t get him off. He left the back of my jeans really wet. When I was fighting him off I could feel fluids on his hands and he grabbed  my face and he touched my lips which he had fluids on his hands. He tried to rip my clothe off but failed. I didn’t think it was a risk but I have had a sore throat for 2 weeks, night sweats and oral ulcers developing and body aches with low fever. I have been getting rashes that come and go. I’m super concern now. He is hiv positive. Should I be worried cause of my symptoms ? I did start urinating blood and having testicle pain but he never touched my penis. I did test negative for gonorrhea and chlamydia 15 days after the incident, how accurate is that? My dr doesn’t think I had a risk for anything but it’s kind of weird I had bloody urine and testicle pain. I had my urine recheck and I’m awaiting results.

I'm really sorry this happened to you.

There isn't any risk here, for anything. Your doctor was correct that that there is no HIV risk, and no risk for any other STD.

Stress can cause things like mouth ulcers (google aphthous ulcers), night sweats, rashes, etc. If you have blood in your urine, you should work with your doctor on the cause of that, but since your clothes never came off, it wouldn't be related to this.

Don't underestimate your trauma. Rainn.org can put you in touch with your closest rape/sexual assault crisis center.

Thank you for the link and the reply. I figured there would be no risk cause I was fully clothed. Everything happened so fast if he did put his fingers in my mouth with his general fluids that wouldn’t be a risk right? I’m sure he didn’t but just incase. I’m under a lot of stress and depress about the incident. My gonorrhea and chlamydia test 2 weeks after are pretty conclusive right ?
No, there's no risk from his fingers like that. The risk comes in if penis is in your throat - even oral sex on a vagina is pretty low risk and it's very unusual to get an STD from that.

Was it a urine test for gonorrhea and chlamydia? Those are definitely conclusive as you had no risk. If it was oral testing, it's conclusive as well at that time.

Please, get some counseling. You were violated. It's a trauma. And be kind to yourself. :)
Yes the gonorrhea and chlamydia test were urine so those should be conclusive then I’m assuming since they were 2weeks after the assault. The rectal and oral one still haven’t returned cause I did those recently with the bloody urine. I am in therapy at the moment. Can I ask you are lips a mucous membrane? I’m just wondering about his fingers with semen. Thanks for hearing me out. I have no one to talk to.
Whatever is causing your bloody urine, it's totally unrelated to the assault, unless you were kicked or beaten in the kidneys or something. Your clothes remained on, so there is no way you got a genital STD from this.

The lips are a mucous membrane, as are the tongue and inside your mouth. However, because his semen was exposed to air, there was movement and time, the chances of you being infected with anything are really low. Even if you had given him oral sex, the chances of you getting anything would be low, as oral sex is lower risk than actual penetrative sex.

If you want/need to test to move on, which is totally fair, ask for a throat swab for gonorrhea and chlamydia. Those would be the only things you need to test for.
All those test came back negative including my hiv test but I was on pep.
I have a sore throat, night sweats and now swollen lymph nodes today. The outer part of the lips are consider a mucous membrane or just the inside?
We are glad those tests came back negative and hope they allow you to move on and as our members told you on your other post, you will not get HIV from what you describe. We wish you well and are sorry for the experience you had.

Hello. There are others here who will answer knowledgeably about your questions. I'm replying just to check in about your assault. First, I'm sorry that happened, and I'm glad it didn't end up worse because it certainly could have. It's there any legal action you can take or perhaps out his criminal behavior to the local community? You don't have to answer, but this guy sounds like a predator with more on the horizon.

I did file a police report but from what they’re telling me it’s going to be just assault not sexual assault cause there was no penetration or anything of that sort.
