Boils on Penis

I don't know how to class this one. I first had a single boil on the ring of my penis head, it stayed for about 1-2 weeks and it was itchy and painful. I tested for syphillis and it came back negative. I thought i was cured, doctor gave me cream and some meds but then it came back about 2-3 mths later. This time lasting for 1 week, but as  soon as it disappeared, 2 more came at the bottom of my penis closer to the tip, they were more painful, they lasted 2 weeks, then they went and then another came at the top of my penis but on the skin before the head. This one came in the form of a water boil. It was painful to the touch. It burst and took long time to heal. Well as soon as that healed yet another came, that followed suit and now 2 more are there and it looks like another preparing to come. Any suggestions?

Best advice is to follow up with your Dr. Boils/bumps can be so many things and often not STD related.
