Burning ejaculation and bladder

Over a month ago I had sex with a girl a met. Unprotected oral on me and protected sex although I did noticed the condom split during sex which i then pulled out, it must have been 10 seconds at most.

few days later I had burning when ejaculating but then it was relieved by urinating. I must add that if I ejactulated more than once that same day it's fine !A week later that continued but with slight burning sensation in bladder after urination which lasts for a while or until my bladder fills up again. I also noticed a warm feeling in penis which can be throughout the day.

I had two chlamydia and gonnoreah urine tests done both which were clear and a test for a UTI again which was clear. Doc gave me doxy as he thought it might be NGU. symptoms didn't clear and I was given Nitrofurantoin as doc thought it could be bladder infection. Anyway, after the second dose of Nitro my symptons completely disappeared and I was ok for two days until I went out drinking. 24 hours later I had intense burning in the bladder after urination and bad burning when ejaculating. This lasted for a couple of days. That has settled a bit and only seem to get a bit of burning when ejaculating and a slight warm feeling. I stopped any sort of masturbation for 4 days and when I did the burning was bad and I had a burning near my rectum I think. Again, if I do it more than once, after the first time it feels fine. The nitro course has now finished too.

Any idea what this could be? I don't have discharge, itching inside or out, bumps, spots, lesions etc nor does my urine burn, maybe a slight warmth after ejaculation but thats it.

My doc has said he can't do any more for me atm.

Jus to add, I do have a couple of painless tiny red spots on the head of my penis which I've had a few times before. These are probably balanitis I think and I have started using Clomitrizole. I'm guessing these don't have anything to do with my symptoms described above?
