Unprotected Oral Sex Only

Hi All, hope you guys are well, and I'm back yet again, for the bad this time round ... =(

Here's my encounter:

18-Aug - Had unprotected oral sex with no symptoms over the next 7 days from this exposure
25-Aug - Had another unprotected oral sex with a different lady and the exposure is about 2 mins or so
29-Aug - Urethra started to itch badly, but with no discharge or sores or whatsoever. So, was hoping that it will go away in few day's time
03-Sept - Itch still persist, but again with no discharge or sores or whatsoever. So, decided to go for a consultation with my family doctor. Shared with him about my exposure, and had also exclaimed that I did not have any discharge. Did a simple urinalysis which turned out to be clear with no blood content or whatsoever in my urine. My doctor had also examined my penis with no visible / obvious discharge during the examination. Deduced that it may or may not be due to any STD-related infection, but it's most likely not STD-related as the only symptom is urethra-itching. Nonetheless, to be on the safe side, prescribed with Doxycycline and some other medicines for fungal-related and easing the itch over the next course of 5 days.
02-Sept - Completed the prescribed medicines. Itch had gone away, but still experiencing some sharp pain along the urethra. The sharp pain come and go quickly.

Questions

1) If any, will the discharge always be visible and obvious? Since I started to have the itching in my urethra, I had been checking on my penis for discharge whenever I pee (probably at least 10 times a day), but no discharge could be seen.
2) Is the sharp pain that I'm currently experiencing STD-related?
3) I'm now contemplating to go for STD screening, but is it necessary?

Appreciate much for your kind expert advice here.

Thanks again Vance ...

Looks like I could only wait for the next 3 weeks or so ... Hopefully by then, things will cleared up and when get tested, all results will be negative ...

Whereas for the HIV question, I know wad's Teak and the others gonna answer ... But nonetheless, would still be going for a test on the 6th week just to get a peace of mind ...

Vance, really appreciate your kind advice here ... =)

Hi Vance,

Thanks for your quick response.

1) I can now safely rule out gonorrhoea. Had done some search online, and noting that 95% of the chance that Chlamydia will get cleared up by Doxycycline. Can I safely rule out that the sharp pain that I'm currently experiencing has got nothing to do with Chlamydia? Moreover, I've also ready that oral sex is by no means to transmit Chlamydia? With the above, I'm only down with NGU, which I believed that it will be easily cured?

3) Is there any tests available to shorten the waiting time? I seriously need to end this agony by the soonest?

Last but not least, which I know that it's a stupid question, given the above exposure described, do I have any HIV concern? Since we are on it, so was thinking not to double post this question in the HIV forum.

Thanks again !! =)

1) No, with gonorrhea over 90% of the time, with NGU yes and Chlamydia about 50% of the time.
2) Doubt it but possible
3) Too soon after medication, need to wait 2-3 weeks after medication for accurate tests.
