CSW-exposure to blood

Hi, I posted this same question to the HIV forum, but was hoping for some feedback regarding STDs:

Here are the details:

- slept with Hungarian CSW in New York (protected oral and protected vaginal sex)
- no visible sores around mouth/breasts/vagina
- during the middle, I pulled out and noticed a little blood at the top of my penis (condom on) and a small-medium spot of blood on her inside thigh
- she said it was nothing and it was NOT her period, but it was from a surgery (her English wasn't too good)
- after she explained that, we continued to have oral and vaginal sex until I completed about 5-10 min later
- condom was in tact until the end
- a few times I touched her vagina with my fingers but never penetrated. I had a little exposed part of skin on the side of my nail as I bite my nails/pick the skin near there etc. it wasn't bleeding, but it was reddish (maybe because it was dried up blood or just exposed skin).
- I was extremely worried about her exposed blood and she said that it was no problem and that she didn't have hiv/AIDS and that she gets screened
- she was very professional in general and had alcohol at the end for me to clean with

I understand that there is no reason to worry or get tested for the protected oral and protected vaginal sex as the condom was in tact. My main concern is the exposure to her blood and my exposed flesh on my finger. I'm not sure if while touching her vagina, if her blood went onto my finger.

Should I be worried about any STDs and get tested?

Thank you for any help!!!!

Hi thank you for the quick reply!! Does this even apply if the skin around my finger was exposed? It was reddish and bare.

No, blood borne viruses and bacteria require access to your blood stream. The skin on your fingers and hands is too thick to permit anything getting through.
