Can Chlamydia hide in the body?

I was diagnosed with chlamydia in August 2018. I got a round of antibiotics and it seemed to go away. Two months later it came back. I had more medicine. My tests now came out negative but something is wrong.
two weeks after my negative result ( prostate fluid ) My ejaculation volume is really small and looks lumpy. Also it takes a long time to liquify ( according to the urologist I saw )   I had an ultrasound. They said I had an enlarged prostate, prostate stones and also I had a small cyst in one of my ducts. My prostate fluid has white blood cells in it ( +4 ). But firstly, to rule out chlamydia. My gut feeling is chlamydia is still somewhere in my system. Is this possible? If my prostate fluid is tested and comes back negative, this definitely rules this out?

It doesnot hide in the body and your tests show your negative anyway.
