Can I get an STD after giving somebody a handjob?

For my "job" I give people handjobs after a massage. It is 2-3 handjobs per day, and the procedure is to put the blessings in bleach, wash hands with soap and water, then sanitize hands before performing the next massage. I am beginning to become worried because I am a nail biter (but during work I make sure to not bite nails before sanitizing). I am starting to wonder if sanitizing is completely safe, and my hypochondria is getting to me and making me think I am already infected with STDs.

Hi giving hand jobs is zero risk for and st,s but hand herpes (Whitlow) maybe something to consider esp if a penis has hsv1. Whitlow used to be a comon infection in the dental profession before the advent of using gloves. You might consider using gloves to avoid any risks. Syphilis is also on the list but not something to be overly concerned about.
