Chances of having contracted an STD?

Hi doc, I went to a brothel in Tokyo yesterday and had protected oral sex with a prostitute. I was worries about contracting herpes or hpv so I made absolutely sure the whole time that she was only sucking on the part of the shaft covered by the condom. For a very very brief moment like for 30 seconds if even I stuck it in her vagina tho I am pretty sure I didn't go all the way in. I am worried because the skin on the base of my penis may have been exposed for a brief second or so. I am Also worried because when she took the condom off some spit and fluids may have gotten on my penis. A good friend ofome is a doctor and told me that I should probably be fine but should I get tested? Are the odds of me having caught an STD this once bad? I forgot to mention that I had no sexual encounters before this.  Thanks

A single protected oral encounter is really a small risk. I wouldn't worry about anything unless symptoms persist.

Your situation was protected. You had no risk from your encounter. If she had blisters, sores, or lesions in or around her mouth, you may have been at risk if you didn't have a condom but you are safe. No worries.
