Can my wife receive it??

I recently was diagnosed with a bladder infection and gonorrhea that I caught in the early stages. I have been treated by taking oral antibiotics and receiving a concentrated shot containing some type of antibiotic. I have expressed the concern to my wife she went in for pelvic exam, std check and urinalysis.
Her urinalysis came back already showing no symptoms or white blood cells present. However wet prep showed white blood cell count, and trace of bacteria infection which is not a STD.
Other results for STDs has not returned yet. Is there a possiblity she may not be affected at all? Sexual encounter with wife was very limited from the time I beleive I contracted the STD. Also know that there was some white blood cells in my urine which is a sign of infection

I'm sorry - I think I'm confused.

If you have had a positive gonorrhea test, and your wife is not aware of this, you need to tell her.  Yes, I am sure it will suck, but she NEEDS to know.

If you have gonorrhea, and had unprotected sex with your wife, even once, then yes, she could get it.

She would not get a bladder infection if that is what you have.

Gonorrhea has very specific treatments, so if you have gonorrhea, you need to tell your wife so she can get the appropriate treatment.
