Can someone please answer this

a few months back i engaged in unprotected oral sex with a female(csw) i recieved a blow job from and 3-4 days later i felt tingling inside my urethra but nothing else, and now i have constant numbness and tingling..could this be an untreated std that is messing with my nervous system and causing me to have numbnes and tingling in hands and feet...idk im lost please help

this doesn't sound std related. continue to follow up with your provider and if needed a neurologist as needed.

no i get constant numbness and tingling in my hands and sometimes feet, also cramping around my legs...and this only happened when i started feeling anxious, my urethra gets an occasional tingling inside but i know it normal for a guy because i always got that even before me being anxious and this whole std scare

I removed your other post since it was the same as this one.

no std causes numbness in the genitals.

did this only occur when you were anxious or is it constant?

i started having the numbnes and tingling feeling when i took deeper shallow breaths (hyperventilation)

This could be anxiety related or the effects of a bacterial infection. The best course of action is to go and get tested so you know exactly what the situation is.
