Chances of gonorrhea , NGU , Herpes-1 single oral fellatio

Dear Doctor, Directly going to ask you a question, here is my situation , I received unprotected  fellatio( No other sex like vaginal or anal) from sex worker in UAE , After doing lot of research on Med help forum i understood there are only 3 STD risk in this act , namely  Gonorrhea, NGU, and herpes due to HSV-1 ,however i did HIV & syphilis test after 80 days(11.5 weeks) both came negative, I hope this test are conclusive at 11.5 weeks, please comment on this...I am from India ..i didn't checked for gonorrhea , NGU , Herpes-1  as i came back for my work in UAE, so whats the odds of catching these disease in single exposure from sex worker..as of today 109 days( 3.5 months) after this incident,, i dont have any symptoms like discharge from penis , itching of urethra, or any kind of sores/blisters/lesions...on penis or anywhere on the body ..i am absolutely feeling good .. Only fear of these disease nothing, as per all answers i read on this forum all above diaereses shows symptoms within 2 to 3 months, so that i can assume  absent of any symptoms i  can rule out these STD as well, as per my understanding Gonorrhea and NGU can easily curable from antibiotics, so my real worry from this incident is only herpas from HSV-1, i read somewhere in this forum its 1 in 10,000 chance catching in single oral exposure is it true...at this stage do u reccmond any tests? i personally hope i am clear from all STD including HIV & syhlis ...

Hi if you got gono you wouldhave had a white puss penis discharge and burning while urinating about 5 days later so you can pretty much rule that out and the same for NGU and if she did not have any lip sores at the time the risk for herpes is close to zero. HIV is zero risk from oral and same with syphilis if she did not have any lip sores
