Chances of passing on infection.

I have recently been diagnosed with gonnorea and clymidia. I have taken the medication For both but I was with a partner a day after taking the medication and we fooled around. She gave me a hand job and I ejaculated inside her pants. I do not think it directly touched her vagina but she pulled her pants up of which there was some seaman on.
My question is, what are the chances of passing the stds I caught on.
