Diagnosed with Gonorrhea

I was diagnosed with gonorrhea and received a shot (don't know which kind) on December 13th, started Doxycycline the next day, once a day for 7 days ending on the 20th. So that's 7 days after receiving the shot. I had unprotected sex 4 days after finishing the pills, which is also  7 days after the shot. Is my partner at risk for gonorrhea? And do I need to be retested?
