Chlamydia cured but symptoms have persisted for months?

I'm 23 years old, 1/22/18 I tested positive for Chlamydia after experiencing UTI like symptoms and was prescribed 2 azithromycin 500 mg tablets from planned parenthood. Symptoms disappeared but then reappeared 3 months later and I returned and tested positive again and was pescribed doxycycline 100mg tabs once a day for 7 days. After treatment my symptoms continued to persist and I worried that I was still not cured. One month later I returned and was tested again and prescribed 2 azithromycin 500 mg tablets. I got my results and turned up negative for Chlamydia even though I was still experiencing symptoms. My symptoms persisted and I was told by planned parenthood that I needed to seek help elsewhere. I had my urine tested at a clinic and was told that there was no bacteria in my urine but small traces of blood and they reffered me to a Urologist. The Urologist was unsure of the cause and prescribed me doxycycline 100mg tablets twice a day for a month and had an ultrasound done. I have now finished my medication but am still experiencing UTI like symptoms. My appointment to return to the urologist is in a week and am still waiting on the results of the ultrasound. Just need some advice or information on what's going on with me. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
