Chlamydia treatment questions

So I went to the doctors because of burning after urination and penile discharge. My doctor originally thought it was a UTI and gave me some antibiotics for that. I took them and started to feel slightly better, but the he called me a few days later and said my STD test came back positive for Chlamydia. He prescribed me (4) 250mg Azithromycin. I took those, and my symptoms started to clear. A few days went by and I felt fine. Then I started to get sharp pains in my left testicle. I saw my doctor again and he told me that the chlamydia most likely spread to my testicular region. He prescribed me with a 10 day Doxycycline. A few days in my testicular region was very sore, but as I got done with the full 10 days and felt normal. I went back for a re-test on the last day of the doxycycline, but still came back positive for chlamydia. So currently I’m taking a 14 day prescription for Levofloxacin. I’m on my 6th day. Still no symptoms. No pain after urination, no discharge, and no testicular pain.

My questions are:
1.) Should I be concerned since this is my third antibiotic treatment for chlamydia?
2.) Am I able to drink coffee? I read on some sites that I shouldn’t drink coffee.

Hi, sometimes its takes a few treatments to cure it and thats why doc suggest a retest before being intimate. coffee irritates the urethra lining which has already be damaged by the germs.

I should still avoid coffee even though I no longer have any irritation in my urethra?
