Cyst? Wart? Not even an STD?

23 year old male here.  Not very sexually active, but 2 weeks ago on friday I was with a lady who performed oral sex on me.  Didn't notice any sores on her lips, so I don't think I have an STD, but on sunday morning i noticed something slightly painful underneath the head of my penis and there was what looked like an inflammed zit or some keratin filled sac.

I squeezed it as gently as I could, though it was painful, and a white substance came out followed by some blood and then eventually oil.  I put some ichthammol ointment (drawing salve) on it to see if I could draw the rest of the contents up and out, but a little sac yet remained.  So here we are a little over a week later and what remains is a small sac underneath the skin.  It is about 1-3mm and feels like a sac filled with a mixture of soft and firm contents.  You would miss it if you were not looking for it, but if you stretch the skin over it you see that what is underneath is whitish gray in color.  it is not painful and the skin atop feels smooth save for a little prickly bit poking up the skin at the front of it.

It does not feel crusty, and the skin is smooth so I don't think it is a wart, but it is definitely present and, although painless, a cause for concern especially since I'd like to continue being sexually active, though not with that thing on there.

Any thoughts?  Is it just a sebaceous cyst? Or should I go to the doctor right away? I have a $2500 deductible so I am a little leery about spending $150 - 200 on an examination if it is nothing, but will if I have to.

We can't tell you what it is or even what it might be.

If it isn't an STD, then, is it safe to say it will probably go away on its own?  I know the obvious answer is "Go see the doctor," but if I can establish it isn't something medically harmful then I'd rather just let it go away if that's what it is going to do. Money's tight, ya know.

Can't tell you what it is but can tell you that a STD would not show up that quick.
