Is there a chance for std?

I'll keep it short. I was in the midst of getting it on with a woman. When we realized we had no condom. We just rubbed genitals. Now while thrusting and rubbing I got her secretion on me. I had precum as well. So there was a mixture of fluids on the tip of penis. I asked her if it went in because we stopped since we sadly didn't have a condom. She said no just rubbing. I asked if she was clean and she said yes. I'm clean so I asked her first so I can tell her I'm clean. I feel like I had a brief moment of penetration I can't really tell. But am I at risk for STDs?

Hi from what you describe you can pretty much rule out gono and chlamydia but a low risk for herpes and syphilis

Ok, that's what I'm thinking. I'm just worried a bit because I'm trying to start dating. I don't want to have to start a relationship by giving gono or chly to someone.

Ok, I was thinking that. Just a bit of anxiety. I mean the person told me she was clean but I second guessed it. It was through text that she said it.
