Complicated STD inqury..should I get checked sooner?

Hi I'm 25 healthy blk male about 3 yrs ago I had unprotected vaginal intercourse with a woman from my job. A couple weeks later I noticed a discharge coming from my penis,bt before I noticed the discharge I had unprotected sex with my ex GF(now my current).. I did some self searching and figured I had gonorrhea/chlamydia..I went to my local free clinic and told them.Without further testing they prescribed me a round of strong antibiotics..for the most part things went back to normal..Until about 4weeks ago when me and my current GF broke up I had unprotected sex with in older woman..since then I've noticed a familiar burning/itching sensation..i made an appointment for next Thurs..bt this morning I noticed a boil on my penis I unwisly tried to pop and drain it..some pus came out I applied antibiotics  bt afterward my groin/inner thigh became tender to touch like a bruise(after some looking into I believe it's my lymph nodes)I've been applying antibiotics to the boil..bt the tenderness persist I'm worried now because I'm not sure if it's the result of my recent activities or the result of my current GF never getting tested 3yrs ago despite not having ANY symptoms.. please I made an appt for next Thurs bt I'm worried if I should go sooner...I've read gonorrhea left unchecked can enter the bloodstream and cause SERIOUS problems..I'm a little scared because the clinic NEVER tested me they jus prescribed me anitbiotics..could it be that it's BEEN in my system form 3yrs and it's caught up to me?or could I have been exposed again bt it's moving faster?or are my lymph nodes the result of me trying to drain the abscess/boil on my penis(which I read could be gonorrhea related..it was never made clear whether I had gonorrhea or chlamydia or BOTH if thts possible)bt we're Both getting tested for everything next week..should I go sooner?

Hi, in all  most all cases gono and chlamydia will show symptoms in males as is isolated inside the urethra but in women it can be inside the vaginal area and not cause symptoms also over a few months time it would clear up on its own through the bodies natural immune system. that being said i highly doubt that the 3 years ago incident has anything to do with your current symptom but if you do have an std it would be from the new older women.
