Condom reservoir air bubble

If there is an air bubble at the tip of the condom (i know there shouldnt be) and during sex i pull out and notice the air bubble disappeared but the tip is still there but wrinckled instead of like a small balloon from the air trapped inside, does this mean the condom has an hole or is it possible that the air moved down the condom because of pressure? If the initial air bubble burst the whole condom qould pop right? in case there is a hole small enough only to let air out what is the STD risk?

So the air bubble disappeared because it moved down the condom from pressure? Thank you for answering.
