Constant Pain for 7 Weeks After CSW

I am desperate for answers. I am a late 20's UNCIRCUMCISED male.

I have had constant pain after 7 weeks after CSW. She was an asian lady. She gave me unprotected oral sex, unprotected rim job, and protected vaginal intercouse (condom).

Pain Location:
-It seems to be coming from the Urethra and penis head area

Symptoms:

-It is a constant mild sore and ejaculation makes pain worse (2 times I tried masturbation made symptoms worse).
-Feel a bit tired (maybe due to anxiety and more restlessness)
-Anxiety/Depression
-Urine stream not as strong. Get more drips (Specially after masturbation).
-Almost feels like constant urge to urinate but not everything is being released.
-No sex drive anymore. Must stimulate myself more for erection.


Testing:

-Due to anxiety went to test at 3 weeks for HIV, syphilis, chlamydia/gonorrhea. (All Negative) Doctor gave me antibiotics for chlamydia/gonorrhea anyway which I took before test results were released.
-Went again at 6 weeks for HIV, Herpes, syphilis, swab test, and visual inspection. (All Negative) Doctor gave me ciprofloxacin 500mg 2x a day for 2 weeks (Prostatitis??).

Current:

Now 5-6 days into medication cipro seems to be helping a bit. I tried masturbation today to test the waters and now I feel worse. I really don't feel it as much the moment I wake up in the morning and it seems to be more noticeable as day progresses.

My Questions:

1. Since this was a high risk encounter, should I be retested for above STDs?
2. Does this sound like Prostatitis? Or what could it be?
2a. I heard prostatitis is hard to cure is that true? Can prostatitis be transmitted sexually?
3. Should I refrain from sex with my significant other till I find out?
4. After taking cipro, urine stream got a bit stronger again but after masturbating it became weak again? What could this mean?
5. Could this be HIV or HSV-1 or 2?

I come with you with these questions desperately as I cannot see a urologist for another 2-3 weeks.

Please I beg for your help as this has been the hardest 7 weeks of my life.

I will keep posting updates here as it seems this is widespread problem. If anybody has any advice of how to get over this please let me know.

Also, anybody know what kind of tests I should ask for at the Urologists. I already spend a lot of money testing and really need to watch finances. Any advice?

Its so sad how people just post here about their problems and never post if it ever got resolved. How selfish. You would think one would learn to be a little more selfless and spread information after such a burdensome and fearful event. I promise once I find out what is wrong with me I will come back with all information on how I got over the disease. Whatever it may be.

Thank you that would be great! It really helps when people post the outcomes or updates. Regarding tests they can do a urine sample, sperm sample and they can do a prostate massage. The massage will push fluid out of the prostate and out the tip of the penis and it can be tested.

To answer all your questions

1) I wouldn't say this was high risk, you were protected during vaginal intercoarse and unprotected oral is pretty low risk, rimming is probably about the same risk as unprotected oral.
2) see above post, yes prostatitis can be caused by a std. it usually is from a std like NGU that starts in the urethra and travels up
3) yes, the bacteria causing the prostatitis/infection can be passed on
4) masterbation with prostatitis is said to be helpful as it clears out the prostate. I'd reccomend you do it every few days
5) not likely, HIV is very low risk from what you describe and if you have not had any lesions 7 weeks out it's pretty safe to assume you don't have herpes either. You have some type of bacterial infection. Probably started out as NGU. Normal bacteria in the mouth can cause NGU.

Yes it will be painful, don't over do it, just once every few days to squeeze the prostate and empty it. Your sperm probably looks odd also

Do you recommend regular eating garlic cloves (2x day and 2x at night) as well as cranberry extract pills while taking cipro?

I've started my garlic regime today after reading some online forums.

Anyone know any easy way to eat garlic. I almost died of spicyness eating the first clove this morning. Really hesitant to eat the 2nd.

I'm glad to help and share my research and real life experiences! I drank a ton of water infused with cranberry PAC's it really helped. Currently I drink a lot of water with aloe chunks in it. Stuffs really good. I also changed my diet and exercised. I was 285lbs I'm now 241. I went from a 40" waist to a 34/36

Yes having had prostatitis your symptoms do indeed sound like what I experienced. weaker flow, dribbling urine, ureatha pain. I also experienced anal discomfort when passing stools.

      Prostatis can be difficult to cure. Antibiotics are not that effective at getting into the prostate, and many different bacteria can cause the infection, and different antibiotics treat different bacteria. Prostatitis can also turn from acute to chronic. It took me two different meds to cure mine. First cipro was tried, then they proscribed leviquin after the cipro failure.

   Cipro is a good wide spectrum antibiotic that is decent at penitrating the prostate. If that fails they will try another. Sometimes people need months of antibiotics to cure it. Mine just took 10 days on leviquin 750

regarding your treatment it would be hard to say it would depend on what bacteria it is if it can be cultured, but it can tell you that leviquin/levofloxian has a success rate of over 90 percent and cirpro has a rate in the 60's

Also the recurrence rate is 4 percent in leviquin vs 19 percent on cipro. If you do indeed have prostatitis I'd ask the doctor what he thought about trying levofloxcian

Joejoesmith - Can you share how your prostatitis came about? Im just worried right now as yesterday my symptoms were a 1/10 but I couldnt sleep well and woke up in the middle of the night and now today its a 6/10.

If symptoms keep fluctuating is this supposed to mean cipro is working or not working? Should I request same medication as you?

Just 2 more weeks until I can get an appointment with a Urologist. Time feels so slow.

Seriously this is depressing due to the fact you get your hopes up and then they're immediately crushed after symptoms flare up again.

It's been about a year or so I'll do the best I can. I received unprotected oral sex from a stripper. 24 hours later I had a drip, frequent urination, burn when I urinated. Next morning went for treatment/tests(48 hours after exposure). Got 250mg shot of ceftriaxone, and 1 gram of azithro. Was assumed gon. Drip instantly gone, frequent urinination and burn continued. Waited 7 days thinking it just needed time. After 7 days went back. Was told urine came back clean on previous test for std. submitted new test came up with white blood cellls in urine, ngu suspected. Sample sent to culture bacteria. Started 10 days 500mg of cipro. 8th day I started getting painful stools and ejaculation. Finished course of cipro. Went back in, culture came back couldn't grow. Red blood cells found in urine. Blood drawn for full STD. Panel(came back negative) Prostatitis diagnosed. Leviquin 750 10 days, symptoms started to ease after 8 days. Sperm looked like cottage cheese at the end when I started to notice a decrease in pain. From taking antibiotics I developed balantis, that took about 3 months to over come. I had many days where I thought yes I'm finally getting better only to have symptoms return. Night time was when when I noticed the symptoms more. Morning I would always feel like I was cured.

    Be patient my friend. I went thru stages where I felt like I would have chronic bacteria prostatitis and would never over come. My wife almost left me when I told her. It all worked out in the end and today I'm symptom free and I lost a ton of weight to better my life.

Just wanted to add that unprotected oral sex lasted for about 5-10 minutes. Rim job lasted about 5 minutes. Protected penetration in vagina lasted about 10 minutes.

Also I didn't ejaculate and took a sex enhancement pill (black panther) before the event.
