Condom broke during vaginal intercourse

Allow me to thank you in advance for taking the time to read this post.  I had sex with a prostitute about a week ago and during intercourse, the condom broke.  I do not know for how long we were having unprotected sex, but in about 2 days, I haven't been feeling the same.  I randomly feel a slight pain in my testicles, and I also feel a slight pain in the lower abdomen and rib area.  Just last night, I experienced a sweaty night, I felt a slight lightheadedness, and sometimes have the feeling of throwing up.  I sometimes feel like I have an itch in around my anus and penis area.  I haven't been eating much as well.  I haven't had any burning sensation when I urinate but I really think my mind has taken control.  I can't help but think about the fact that I may have contracted an STD and it's getting the best of me.  

I do plan to visit my physician in the coming weeks, but is there anything I can do to either calm myself down, or validate that everything is okay until I visit my doctor?
